How an order works
Build one combined order
Multiple items can stay together in one cart. The Japan Commerce service fee is ¥500 once per combined order, not once per item.
Checkout as a guest
Enter the delivery information needed for your destination. No account or password is required to move through checkout.
Review shipping and total
International shipping and destination-specific charges are kept separate from the product price. The payable total is reviewed before payment.
Confirm before payment
You can review the cart and delivery details before paying. A cart action by itself never places an order or creates a charge.
Fulfillment from Japan
After a completed order, eligible products are procured and prepared in Japan for the selected international delivery route.
What stays transparent
